Shipping policy

The processing time to personalize a binder and packaging takes 7-14 business days. After processing time, the shipping time will take another 7-10 business days to arrive to its destination. Please check memo section at the top of the page for shipping time updates.

Sometimes, there might be a delay with the shipping carrier due to any holidays or low staff. Please be patient if any of that happens or contact me at magnoliaxbudgets@gmail.com

For lost or stolen packages 
- For lost or stolen packages, we have to fill a form with USPS or UPS in order to see what has happened.
- If the package got stolen, there's not much I can do.
- If the package got lost, contact me at magnoliaxbudgets@gmail.com

For incorrect address
- If an incorrect home address was provided at checkout and the package was delivered, I can't resend the same package to another address. 
- Make sure you type in your correct home address before placing an order.
